Outlook 2010 unable to send attachments: Know how to solve the issue
Microsoft outlook is really a great application for any general person who need to deal with several emails on everyday. It allow easy management of emails and related database with ease of accessing and editing. Microsoft has recently released upgraded outlook version 2010 with more advance features. In a general scenario you may receive some set of error messages while sending attachments with any particular email message. One common error message is operation failed. This error message may appear on the screen with the following set of tags:
"Operation Failed. The messaging interfaces have returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. Cannot resolve recipient."

- If you are not permitted to send attachments by administrator then contact with your system administrator and set permission to send attachments
- If you have recently upgraded your anti-virus application then it can be possible that it restrict you from sending the attachments due to detection of virus or threats. Disable it temporarily and then try to send the attachments. Most probably it will solve your problem.
- However, if above mentioned steps are unable to send the problem then verify that you are getting trouble only with that particular file or all email attachments. If problem is only in that file then resize the file and then send it. Sometimes, outlook doesn't support very large email attachments.
